If you’re in Jaywick or surrounding area then this is the best chip shop around. Ordered a fish and chips and was served what can only be described as a whale of a fish. Very flavoursome and beautiful golden batter. Good portion of chips. Was a struggle to finish. If the lunchtime special provides the same size fish then that would be exceptional value for money. A bit of a wait as everything is cooked fresh but definitely worth waiting for. (Photos of menu provided. Prices correct as of July 2024)

friendly staff! fish cooked to order really tasty lovely batter! Clean premises have chairs to sit on whilst waiting inside and out car parking space at the front, do most things pies, battered sausages, scampi, saveloys, well worth a visit!
